These Subscription Terms govern access to the paid sections of geo-culture.com, provided by Natalya Fritsler, Tonhallenstrasse 7, 47051 Duisburg, Germany, email: contact@geo-culture.ru.
The following subscription plans are available:
Current prices are shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment obligation is fulfilled once the payment processor confirms the transaction.
Access to paid content begins immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive login credentials and/or a magic link by email.
For digital content delivered online, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase you expressly request that access begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has commenced.
To request a refund, send an email to contact@geo-culture.ru with subject line "Refund" and include your account email, payment date, amount paid, and the reason for your request.
Refund requests are assessed individually, taking into account whether access was provided and used, time elapsed since payment, and any technical issues on our side. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Your subscription is for personal use only. Sharing account credentials or redistributing paid content is prohibited and will result in termination of access without refund.
These Terms are governed by German law. EU consumer protection regulations apply where mandatory.
